Tips on happiness (from the happiest man in the world!)

Matthieu Ricard is a French Buddhist monk and author who resides in Nepal. In popular media he is known as the happiest man in the world and during this inspiring 20 minute Ted Talk he explains how we can all make happiness a habit.

    An interesting and ‘food for thought’ Ted Talk indeed. Didn’t see it before and found it through your Twitter post.

    It’s interesting to see how much time and energy we can spend training our body into ‘perfection’, yet we don’t spend even a quarter of that time training our mind.

    My takeaway of this Ted Talk is the part regarding compassion, it’s relation with happiness and that neither we nor others wake up early in the morning thinking “I will suffer all day and all life”.
