AN INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS, 1 hour workshop
Find out more about the benefits of mindfulness and meditation for your health, productivity and performance in this one hour introductory workshop. The workshop includes practical meditations and mindfulness tips to help you experience the benefits in your everyday life.

SIX-WEEK MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COURSE6x 1 hour sessions
This six-week course is designed as a follow up to the Introduction to Mindfulness workshop and allows participants to explore different elements of mindfulness at a much deeper level. Topics covered include mindful eating, being with the difficult, mindful listening, mindful wellbeing and mindful compassion. The classes consist of discussions and practical exercises that participants can integrate into their everyday lives and beings.

STRIKE A HEALTHIER TECH-LIFE BALANCE & BECOME A HAPPIER VERSION OF YOU90 minute workshop
Constantly switched on and distracted? Struggling to engage and stay focused? Anxious, stressed or suffering from burnt out?
Learn to create a healthier relationship with technology and become a happier version of you in this 90-minute interactive workshop. You will discover ways to break habits, improve discipline and focus, regain control, reduce stress and improve your overall wellness. Based on Martin Seligman’s PERMA model – a scientific theory of happiness.

THE ART OF RESILIENCE, 90 minute workshop
This workshop explores and builds upon the key factors which contribute to our ability to be resilient. We look at self-limiting beliefs, perceptions and outlooks, as well as working on acceptance and building awareness around the many unhelpful routines and thought patterns that contribute to our suffering.

PILATES & MEDITATION, 2 hour class
Together with pilates instructor and nutritionist Ruth Tongue, we offer a combination class including one hour of pilates, followed by mindfulness meditation for stress reduction. Perfect for office workers.

EXPLORING VALUES, MEANING & FULFILLMENT, 90 minute workshop
Discover your core values, the impact you want to have on the world and what gives your life meaning in this 90 minute interactive workshop. Unique to us all, knowing our core values allows us to create a life full of meaning, enriched with purpose.
This is an interactive workshop, which encourages participants to explore deep below the surface and uncover the true meaning of their lives.

CORPORATE WELLNESS COACHING, price set on programme length
I offer corporate coaching programmes, particularly relevant for employees struggling to cope with stress, anxiety and work-life balance. With or without management input, we set work and wellness related goals, addressing productivity, self-care and problematic areas. Programmes are offered up to one hour per week (usually once a fortnight) for a minimum of three months.
